Post by: Marlo Stanfield on March 21, 2012, 01:13:41 PM
1) Sean Payton suspended for a year

2) Saint's former ( current Rams) Defensive Coordinator suspended indefintely

3) Saints GM suspended 8 games

4) Tebow to Jet

5) Tebow to Jets might get nullified, in that case, Tebow to Rams

this is what makes the nfl so much better than any other spectator sport out there- year round there is always something going on- pre season/ regular season/ playoffs/ superbowl/ combine/ free agency/ draft/ preseason etc.

a crazy day would be if they decided to lose the ridiculous oversized pads, the helmets and learnt how to tackle properly.. then stop with all the fucking breaks. an hour long game dragged the fuck out to infinity  ::)

in USA, #1 priority is $

Your suggestions are great for the audience, but no $

are you kidding? the nfl is trying to slow defenses down with all this late hit/high hit bullshit. dont blame the pads and the players blame the league.

defenseive schemes and their players have become so fast and athletic than offenses now the league is trying to balance the playing field by restricting defenses aggressiveness. a shame too.

but they have to- people want to see high scoring games, not trench warfare. but i like the trench warfare personally.
