i always get a kick out of the guys who come into the gym fully decked out in an underarmor outfit with sweatbands and an ipod and the whole shi-bang...these guys are almost guarnateeed to hit up the flat bench, rope push downs and alternating dumbell curls...lol

Yes, no one cares about it so you decided to shed bodyfat in order to actually participate in a bodybuilding show. In addition, you also decided to make a series of posts about the possibility of traditional "carb ups" being beneficial. Good thing you did all this in the last moments of this "stab wound". ::)

Oh man, we have another "EgoCrusher". The droves of losers shadow boxing by me and dropping their dumbbells near my feet are hard to ignore. Don't worry though I'll bring ear plugs and a blindfold to the gym today. ::)
