Yup, Asian gay to boot! Forget about Hoisin sauce. It is definitely not allowed when on the keto diet.

Eat your eggs however you want. Why egg whites only? Whole eggs are higher in fat and the the yokes are lower in carbohydrates than the whites are.

I learned to make omelets from Julia Child. They are cooked fast and hot with a creamy center. Scrambled eggs are great when cooked low and slow, so they don't dry out.

There are people here who are trying to derail you. Stick to the Keto diet. Pay no attention to the naysayers.

I was thinking I look more like Christian Bale in The Machinist, though he has much less bodyfat than me. Bruce Lee is still my goal though but would need to put on a little size first.

So are you saying that your diet is personalized?

Consider this:

Egg whites are made up of around 90% water and 10% protein. So if you remove the yolk and choose just the egg white, then the nutritional value of your egg changes considerably. As you can see, an egg white contains fewer calories and micronutrients, as well as less protein and fat, than a whole egg.

personalized?  no man this is just what i'm doing.  it ain't keto.  i haven't done real keto ever in my life, i'm interested in trying it after this cut

real keto = for each 10 grams of protein, you eat 18 grams fat

Here you and I are, talking in circles once again. ::)  It should be clear to you that if your diet plan is of your own design, then it is personalized.

If egg whites are preferable, then have at them. I don't have stock in egg yokes. You not eating them isn't going to cause me any grief.

Why are you being defensive? Eat what you want. I wish you success in whatever it is you are trying to achieve. If you can stuff 4 lbs. of chicken breasts into your mouth in one day without vomiting, you sure can do something I couldn't/wouldn't do. But then, I wouldn't eat tasteless and burnt egg whites either.

4lb chickn really isn't that much, i have the first tray in one meal and the second in another.  don't know why so many of you guys are thinking it's this great feat.  very easy to eat it in one go.

4lb chickn really isn't that much, i have the first tray in one meal and the second in another.  don't know why so many of you guys are thinking it's this great feat.  very easy to eat it in one go.

why not just buy 2 whole roasted chickens from the deli section of most grocery store, some here in canada you can buy 2 for 14

Not really. In the old days they used to eat multiple whole chickens or a whole turkey all the time with 0 or near 0 carb diets to get cut
