Well.
You and other people were still not refering about the logical relationship of growth about long arm and half reps.
It works but why?
Even the short arm guy feel good when they do half reps if they trained with full reps all the time before.

it works BECAUSE of "time under tension" and because it helps keep isolation of pectoralis from the deltoids!

i think stavy just thought that maybe only people with long arms have ever experienced this. i know my arms are moderate, average sized and i feel the same way.

Stavios,try doing Bradford Presses for delts.

You press in front just clearing the top of the head,then to behind the neck,just clearing top of head, and back to front,then behind neck, and so on.

Never locking out keeps constant tension on the delts..........great exercise.

Seated is better IMO and also try pre-exhaust Super-Setting them with laterals.
