1. Guy calims he has this awesome benchpress. He "proves it" by loading up the bar ,to the bragged about wt, then has the spotter lift it with him, and the spotter ( who turns purple from the strain) declares;
" It was all YOU bro!"
2. Guy claims he can squat or leg press some impressive wt. He loads up the bar or machine, screams and yell and then does a full "knee flex" and the wt moves a couple centimeters LOL.
3. My favorite
Guy works out and looks decent. He claims he could win any area bodybuilding meet with ease, and would only need a few weeks contest prep, etc. Of course he won't compete becuase he thinks contests are a joke and all politcal. He feels strongly about not getting up on stage in some lil' bikini trunks.
Besides, all the other guys suck and he has no competition anyway LOL.
4. a) Joe Prowannabe, has some muscle but is small, lean and nothing special.
EVERY guy he sees , that is BIGGER than him , is juiced to the gills.
If he can get on a bigger cycle he will go pro.
(b) An obvious roid user, who would melt the cup with all the chemical in his urine, says he is all natural and never touched a steroid in his life.
The truth on the roid issue seems to be in the middle of these two extremes. You can build a good physique and even win some local/state shows without drugs or only moderate amounts.
But to have the kind of mass that wins in the IFBB pros, ya gotta be useing a fair share of the sauce.
