Thanks for highlighting that, Kwon.  I would be curious as to what role consent played in all of this.  I am not justifying pederasty, but the dynamic is changed at least somewhat, if there was consent from Haim.  Also, he was 13, not eight.  We are of the biological age to reproduce at that age - I know had I lost my virginity at that time it would have been an awful thing for me, but I would have almost certainly taken the opportunity, had it come up.

Lucas was a good movie.  A "tragicomedy".  I recommend that people watch it, who have not already.  I felt that Sheen had a good rapport with Haim in the movie, and was somewhat of a protector figure to him [that is, the characters they played had that sort of relationship].
