Let's be honest for once:

I'll start...

I have never benched over 230 pounds and yes I'll be the first to admit that my bech sucks monkey ass.

Is anybody suprised That Sarcasm hasn't posted his picture of any flaws he has so far?

Edit: Well I can tell you guys so much, I have long arms and but I don't go to the gym to proove I can bench more than 230 I think it is more than that, I don't respond well to heavy training, I need to very restricted and cannot cheat at all.

But yes my bench sucks lol :D

Ha on the other hand, Traps I'm an absolut monster, And i have no idea why lol, I seriously bang away more weights on shruggs than anybody in my gym and I have no idea why :D

hahahahaha, if you think a 380 bench at 235 bodyweight is "unachievable" in 12 years of lifting your genetics must be God awful, i consider myself weak as a kitten on benches.
