That's why I stick to intense sets of bodyweight squats.

My thighs are huge, and I got no joint pain.

My doctor told me to lay off squats as they increase one's blood pressure immensely. So, I only imagine what 1008 pounds can do with someone with with all those lifting aids on and probably has cholesterol levels thru the roof.

I've watched that video about 20 times now from a different view, that never gets old. Thats pushing it to the limits! Poor Gary was right in the path of it all.
