I wasn't actually growing it, had the trim lying around for making some hash oil. The grower and me were partners and I'm literally the only one that knows about his grow and I'll never tell. No grow equipment was found in my house.

Remember don't panic. Up to...means up to a certain amount of time...not that you will receive the max necessarily. It can mean probation to x amount of time depending on the charge. Like chaos said you may be able to plea your case down if you plead guilty. If so think about it especially if they've got you cold. Meanwhile, take care not to post online any type of admission. The amounts you're talking about don't sound earthshattering.
Take your bust as a sign to be done w/that stuff. If it happens again you are surely screwed.

In CA you would be in for some jail time, and yes, a plea bargain would be a good way to dispose of many of the charges, if you are in fact guilty.
You are actually very lucky you are in CT state court- if that was a federal beef you would be doing serious jail time, very serious. No parole in the federal system, 10 years is 10 years (minus 15% for good behaviour). State court, 10 years = 5 years plus parole for 5 years.
As for the "arrests", arrests don't mean shit, only convictions.

Get A JOB PRONTO-even of it is Wal Mart. You dont want to go into court with no visible means of support, the court will automatically think drug dealer.

That doesn't matter. Yes he has to get a job but fuck the rest. The judge already makes up his mind when he reads the case. He knows you are a dealer and was doing it because it was good money. Hey bench you ever use narcs? I have several buds that are cops and undercover dics and they all have their snitches. They tell me that shit and I get so pissed off. They just laugh. They know narcs are shit too. Cops are the same way as in they stick together for the most part. Now every once in a while you will have a young naive little bitch who just doesn't fit in and wanna be a whistle blower usually ending up in IA...lol.

Sorry again but I actually was released on PTA the same day. NO idea why it says $1000/bond in the docket(even that would be $100 to a bondsman, so i wouldn't really see the need to come up with a 'story to feed someone' over it.)

You will either have to pay mad dole for fines and fees or go someplace
