I will now officially be in a walking boot for six weeks.

Workouts will be different, but more frequent.

That sucks!

Well at least I won't catch anymore shit for playing ball with a broken foot for 3 months.

Going to lift a bro-type upper body work, with battle ropes and some other shit for condition.

I think I can do reverse hypers and RDL's in the boot too.

Where is it broken?

Sesamoid bone, right on the ball of the foot.

Basically every step taken normally has been pain for 3 months.

I was starting to compensate, which doing during sprints and baseball, is starting to lead to ankle/knee tweaks, so I have to shut it down and get it right.

I think I may have broken a bone in BJJ myself a few weeks ago

Probably worth getting looked at.

I wouldn't be able to walk the next day after BB workouts like that, good work illOOminati

Day two in walking boot:

TBar row: 12, 10, 3 x 8

Seated row 3x 8

UH pull row on incline  3 x 8

Dead hang 2 sets

Feels so limited right now.

I realized that once you take a break, it's difficult to get that habit back in place.
