it's under -50 degrees outside, I have a leg workout scheduled, is it worth it? :-\

but under -50 is freaking cold. Thousand bucks the gym is empty.

you can get a nasty cold with that kind of weather ending missing 3 or 4 days sick instead of mising just one day at the gym.....

you get a cold from a virus, not from actual cold weather. You could run around outside covered in ice water in a posing thong and not get sick.

Getting out of the gym and the sudden change of weather from warm to freeezing can get u sick.... I know is not exactly a "cold" but the Symptoms are very similar...
Is ok to have a life outside of the gym once in a while
you have no business being out on the streets on a day like this ....ok?
Is not like your physique's gonna go "Levrone changes " from one day to the next.

yes its a virus but cold weather has alot to do with it too
but the thing is, it's like this here in canada all the time
so for 4 months we have this extremely cold weather :'(

unless you are working legs outside what difference does it make how cold it is? It is below 20 where i live and i still make it just fine. The gym does have heaters. A miracle i know.
