growth just makes u look better, fuller and vascular at low bodyfat... i wouldnt say it does much for size, and nothing u gain is perminant... and igf-1 is only good for pumps... thats my experiences on them



and to the original question,,, youve obvioulsy never trained seriously in your life, fuck off and get a grip pls ......
