I never used that stuff.....way too dangerous.    I only used Dandelion Root, Caffeine, and Vitamin C....works pretty good

How do you look these days?

Had some serious health issues but I'm back training....very slowly though.  Will likely never step on-stage again.  I weight about 260 though and my waist is now a 37.....
