You eat a TON of bread, don't you? You were the biggest dude in the Mr Getbig, by a mile. Can you please break down your daily diet? I think a lot of us would like to know what you eat to hold that much size. Much appreciated!
Cheers man. I eat a shit lot. Today not so much as i got up late here is what i had today and on a typical training day
Today
Weightgainer shake with milk...800cals
2x diary milks....500
1x 500ml coke....240
Huge portions of spicy wedges, steak chicken and brocolli with brocolii.....700
Ice cream....250
1x tin spagetti hoops 6x rounds bread.....850
so far thats only 3340cals, by end of night that will be around 5000 by my reckoning
Normal training day
9.30 weightgain shake with milk....800
12-12.30 3-4 bananas and small choc bar...2 sports drinks....750
train
3.00pm 2x chicken fagitas or 2x chicken and bacon sandwoiches, fruit, chocolate, milk and coke....1100
6pm...sneak up form work to have bar of chocolate.....240
8pm....meat (i dont liek reheating dinner) and bread 6-8 slices....750
10pm 4x tuna sandwiches.....550
1pm lots of tea and maybea some biscuits or toast OR another milk weightgainer....800
that excludes sugar in tea, butter in bread mayonaisses and other wee bits and pieces i forget about.
