I went to Lebanon about two months ago, haven't been there in 25 years.Muslims and Christians get on fine, everybody is friendly there.You have churches and Christian schools in the middle of muslim neighbourhoods.
Even though im a muslim, I went to the lady of Lebanon Christian statue and there was many muslims aswell visiting the Christian site.
Yeah there may be incidents of religious persecution but I think the majority of religious people just want to get on with their lives, go work, raise family etc.
I think you are quite right.
