Not even close. The typical human head and neck extends 11-12" from the shoulders. Her shoulders are about even with the top of the heads of the munchkin bodybuilders.  Typical high heels have at most 3-4" in height. So she is a good 8" taller.

There are a lot if discussions wrt to the science of any putative advatages trans athletes have, major headache for the Olympic committee etc. You don't have to know much to understand that M2F trannies have an advatage even after going on test suppressing drugs. But the thing is the trans activists have a bunch of scientists, docs and experts on their side too. But of course it's not really about science, it's about ideology. You can twist research to fit any agenda, and in the end if you can't, it's a human rights issue!
