Better to diet hard and rest than train hard and eat right
« on: November 01, 2009, 05:08:53 AM »
when dieting hard and resting your body doesnt become broken down wich makes your metabolism struggle to repair itself, muscles stay full, immune system isnt compromised, fat loss is consistent

when training hard and eating right, your body struggles to repair itself, causing a sluggish metabolism , because one hard training day cannot be followed by a consecutive hard training day, you might get away with it two days in a row but not 3, and if you try to keep pace everyday your appetite will just be crazy and not be able to keep up with the soreness and inflamation of high volume training no matter how many fats/proteins/ carbs you consume, it will be like a constant soreness if you really want high volume training in your life and be lean also

with the workouts ive seen posted on this board and many its no wonder we dont acheive mastery, us white men are generally capabable of doing too much , so much it backfires on us in smokescreens us to the goal and objective

however there are other white men not capable of a 3 day a week routine maybe only one or two, thus it will take them a good 30 years to learn how to eat right and actually become better as they age

so much of us are capable of doing so much all we need is constant good meals, but this only fulfills a laborous goal /grande efforts and not so much the true material goal we wish to acheive

Sleep and rest does wonder when you do keep calories and activity high though.

its much easier to fast the next day if you have plenty of fats from the day before like from almond butter or olive oil

the fasting day ill doze off at 3 or 4 and sleep a good hour from no calories

i think it may be best to fast as long as you can everyday, and take a good nap after 5 hours of fasting then eat a well balanced meal with some pasta olive oil and some nuts around 400 calories, then do a few excercises to easily burn that 400 calories, and once your spent from that either sit down n chill have another nap when your ready too or just relax and continue fasting till its time to go to sleep, id say only 1 protien shake a day with some whole milk and a peice of fruit is optional, so therefore you wouldnt be getting much more than 800 calories a day with 1 or 2 naps and a low volume workout fitted in there somewhere
