Certainly - I wasn't at the show but looking at the photos and remembering what most of the guys look in person and than comparing these photos with photos from earlier shows which I was watching in person gives me good idea what they really look like on the stage...
This is actually first Arnold I missed since I competed at the AC 1992...and first IFBB show I missed in years...but - I can say few things:
Phil is phenomenon who could have also been a good choice for AC champ this year...Dexter is Dexter and that means a lot as Dexter is ONE OF THE VERY BEST IFBB PROS in last decade - and consistent beyond belief....I don't have a problem hearing Dex winning ANY show...I am fan of his physique and certainly his conditioning is just out of this world...
He could get little bigger and become even "deadlier" - and I even offered to him last year that I would be happy to tell him couple of things he might find useful in order to put some muscle mass on his frame - but he laughed it off - stating that he doesn't want to grow big stomach... Oh well....
Kai...WHAT A GUY...WHAT A BODY...WHAT A PERFORMANCE...EXTREME QUALITY...SHOCKING DETAILS...STRIATIONS UPON STRIATIONS...SO MUCH MUSCLE, QUALITY MUSCLE - IT IS RIDICULOUS!
If he moves his chess figures correctly he can check-mate everyone and become NEXT RONNIE and than some...
Yes, I think without a shadow of the doubt - Kai Green could win this years Olympia - he is that good.
(Dennis Wolf, Victor Martinez, Dexter Jackson - must take him very, very seriously...Off course - Wolf is type of the physique I think is IDEAL...just perfect...and he could easily win this years Olympia...but many others have their qualities as well...and when it comes to Kai that CRAZY detail, striations that never stop, deep separation, tie-inns out of this world, crazy muscularity and certainly UNIQUENESS that certainly stands out - could very easily confuse judges to that degree they just might realize he could be THE NEXT...
Johnnie Jackson...my dear friend and athlete - just watch...Pay attention to each and every show he is going to do in the near future...He is determined to bring his legs and calves up...and he also wants to focus on his arms...He has sooooooooo much muscle - it is unbelievable...Chest, back, traps, delts - just OUT OF THIS WORLD...Beautiful shape and flat, deep, symmetrical abs...Excellent hamstrings and quads/calves that are quickly improving...Separation is already there, striations are coming through...couple of more inches and he'll be very hard to beat...One just must really analyze Johnnie to realize how good he really is...
Somehow physiques are standing on those IFBB pro stages for years and judges don't see them until one day when maybe just slightly improve but judges finally notice them - they start getting "elite status"...and from that point they get utmost attention every time they compete (when in truth they looked fantastic for numerous years - but they just didn't get callouts...).
Well, Johnnie is one of those guys that needs only ONE MORE show in which he would dominate and open eyes of judges (like he did at Atlantic City last year...)...and his career will take off as well...[/b]

I knew when I saw a Milos thread, you'd be in here spouting off. How's the diet coming along, saggy belly? ;D
BTW, sounds like brutal jealousy that if you raised your prices to $500hr, you'd go broke. Seems nobody values your input that much. :-\

I'd rather charge less and keep my clients.....job security you know? Diet's great, I've gained about 12lbs since the show...........keeping it down for golf ;D

Seriously, you gotta wonder why anyone would stick with a PT? I mean, it shouldn't take too long to figure out how to do an exercise, then why keep paying someone to tell you what you already know?

People (the general public) tend to stay with their trainers because they don't how to put a routein together, don't know how to cycle diets, don't know how to periodize etc,etc,etc,etc. I know you want to think that it's just lifting weights (for alot of trainers it is) but I educate my clients, hold small seminars for them and build trust. Alot of clients have become somewhat of extended families to me, one of my clients was my best man in our wedding. My turnover rate is low, I have retained about 90% of my clientel for the last 5 years.

Bob Chick said on his radio show that milos had wrecked his knee add this to the fact that he is old and is not even an IFBB Pro any longer.My guess is he is finished on stage and will stick to what he know best SYNTHOL.

Its really sad what happen to garraeth. Friends and family told him his drinking problem would catch up to him. "Those things will kill ya" A comment from one of his friends. The cops found him next to the empty containers. Like many others Garraeth just couldn't handle the Milos shakes. He will be missed.
So young and innocent. :'(

Milos is finished and has been for a few years now,it's not news that he is getting old and has a knee injury.This guy has said he was competing so much and never gets up on stage.I guess it helps to keep ya name out there even if you say your doing it for a dead friend.Problem is the guy is no longer an IFBB Pro.No Pro card No compete in IFBB shows.Life's a bitch.
