Body Fat and Steroid Effectiveness

My brother is currently running 100 mg each of test prop, mast prop, and tren ace EOD to lose body fat.  He's around 14-16% and 22 years old.  He is seeing the fat drop off, but would like even faster gains.  If he increases the amount of tren ace will it help him at this high of a body fat or will his body just not utilize it?

Add ephedrine at 75 mg/day also reduce calories to roughly 2k and do cardio.

If you're looking for the all drugs approach
150 mg tren a eod along with the 100 mg prop and mast. 25 mg ephedrine/200 mg caffeine 3 times a day  and 75 mcg t3.

What he's using right now is plenty to get shredded if his diet is on track however.

This is the problem.  His diet was good at first, but he has gotten tired of it.  He's started eating a out alot more and wants to rely completely on the drugs now...
