Title: PUFA diet
Post by: Eyeball Chambers on January 19, 2022, 02:01:10 PM
Is anyone familiar with this? I've read a lot recently about Poly Unsaturated Fats killing metabolism and trying to limit them to under 5g per day. The studies are too complicated for me to understand with my lizard brain.

Something about Arachidonic acid.

Opinions please

The whole article was written non-sequitor making it more difficult than it needed to be.

Seed oils supposedly produce free radicals which is bad.

So don't eat seed oils.

Processed foods use seed oils so don't eat processed foods.

Usually, where do you buy diet and supplements from?
I personally used to buy from GNC and stopped when I came to know about GNC return policy (https://returnpolicyexplained.com/gnc-return-policy).
most of the customers were complaining about it.
