Yea..just a normal, everyday physique built with minimal gear   ::)

That's a great everyday look, easy to maintain without a ton of gear.

stupid pointless thread.

There is a point to be made here: some people on this board are hopelessly delusional.  Saying that is the physique you strive for is akin to your sister looking at the cover of Vogue magazine and saying that is the look she strives for.  It is all a fantasy!  You are not meant to take it that seriously.

The point of the Vogue fantasy is to get women to spend their money on cosmetics, clothes, etc for a look they can never achieve.  Never because in many cases the photos themselves are not even real.  Watch this clip for an example of what I’m talking about

Likewise in bodybuilding the point is to separate you from your money via supplement products, magazines, muscle videos, gym memberships etc. all for a look that you will never achieve.  Never because those photos aren’t real either.  That is to say, the photos capture a single moment in time (often under ideal conditions) that you will never be able to replicate without going to extremes.  It's all built on smoke, mirrors, steroids, etc.

There is a guy at my gym I met for the first time about 7 months ago.  He was huge and ripped.  In the last few weeks I’ve seen him around again and he looks like a concentration camp victim.  He was on a heavy cycle the first time I saw him… now he is not.  If I did not know this man I never would have thought it was the same person.  Look at the before/after pictures of Flex, Tom Prince, Mike Francois, etc.  Same dynamic at work.  :-\

great post BAYGBM. this thread has shown how ignorant and delusional getbig people often are. they honestly thought this guys was on a tiny cycle. not a bodybuilder. easy to maintain body. not huge. could get close naturally.

HAHAHA idiots. no wonder the supp companys take them to the cleaners

Remember, even this very modest physique (by BB standards) is built on steroids.

“…if they choose to believe that that’s the only thing I’m taking to look like that then so be it… they should be smarter than that.”  :-[

Ill reiterate again.

Ill be pretty close to that size im sure at a similar(ish) bf percentage say by the time i am 30.

I dont see why in 8 years i cant add 2 inches to my arms, a few to my chest etc. Obviously i wont be exactly the same size though ill give it a go. Who ever said the guys arms are 19" id say much more mine are nearly that and he dwarfs me in terms of thickness etc.

e.g how many peoples arms are withing 2 inches of arnies yet look 5 inches smaller etc. What im saying is that with time i have a good chance of building a powerful looking physique if i keep at it and trian hard.

Without goals or motivation its hard to achieve and yes it is fantasy the same way a girl might look at J-lo or summat, or you would strive to play football like maradona etc. Having said that i aint gonna print the pic out put it in my wallet and stare intensly at it for 30mins before each workout.

Though out of physique such as ronnie, ruhl, coleman, dexter, zane, heath, wolf etc i would prefer to look like that guy anyday.

like kyomu, daddywaddy, candidizzle and a lot of other morons, you re taking all of this way too seriously and it shows; you guys arent going to become better men by lifting weights and "strive" for a stupid ideal, and most of you have extremistic behaviors due to psychological issues, you are all mentally disturbed to some extent. Hence the need to build a virtual character online because real life seems hard for you to handle. A character everyone end laughing at. If people don't take you seriously in real life , it aint going to happen here either.

If you considered weight lifting as a hobby, you wouldnt talk like that about it. You are all steroids users in the making, it's quite obvious you re struggling daily with your shortcomings .

Too bad you didn't find something else better to do in your life. It s not going to make any of you happier or smarter. You re trying to attain something that is utterly pointless.

Just lift weights, eat healthy, and stop caring about "how big" people may think you are... What a waste of time. You're not going to find answers in weights or protein powders, but into other people.

Most of you are still young, but damn, what a bunch of losers, make up your mind quick , or you'll end like  spermastase.

No way i can take steroids ever, cant even take creatine due to health issues and tbh i dont care at all. They are supplemnts...not substitutes for food.

It is a hobby and i enjoy it so it does make me happy to an extent. There are more important things in my life at the minute that pushing or pulling metal and if push came to shove i would pick the other over weights in a second.

I am being serious flagdajones, how old are you what does your physique look like?

i iwll enjoy the wieghts and enjoy trianing with weigts while i can and have no family ties or committments.

You are just a grumpy old man who didnt achive any great thing in your life. I bet you.
Because your opinion is so common sence and boring.
All of champs and succesful people were always bashed by the NORMAL people like you.
My business was bashed when i started like you did. But now my salary alone i earn 8000 monthly from my business.

Fallin love with crazy dream is that bad thing?
I am sorry for your life is so boring.

Remember back in 2008 when Captain Equipoise said you could look like Alfonso del Rio "without a ton of gear"?   ha ha ha

Extract foot from mouth.  Lather. Rinse. Repeat.  ::)

That's a great everyday look, easy to maintain without a ton of gear.

Bay i know this is an old thread but your comments about capturing a single moment in time and being unrealistic are spot on.

After years of training I now stay as lean as i can and some days i can wake up shredded but those days i am depleted and so hungry that i can never hold it for long. Offseason pro's can look good but magazines give an unrealistic view of what you can look like on a day to day basis.
