I dont use recreational drugs. I also have stopped using a hemp based product for my arthritis and digestion issues. A REM rebound and vivid dreams for up to a year are a common side effect after cessation of cannabis.

Well for one in my 30s I was kitesurfing spearfishing and surfing everyday. I am no longer doing that amount of cardio. My metabolism should slow down allowing me to gain weight easier. I also was not trying to bulk and compete. And I was about 225lbs and lean at my peak. I believe with a concentrated effort now I can surpass that from a size perspective. Also as you get older you simply are not as fresh looking some younger guy is going to look better than you if you play the classic game. However you can outmass them. I can only carry 205lbs in classic I am not foing to have much leg at 205lbs. I can however carry 230 plus and be lean. I said before my legs are where I plan to add the weight. And I also plan to compete in the master division but its not just about competing it’s about becoming my true self I do not identify as a Human. I identify as a Monster I am transitioning. You can all cut weight and compare who has the smallest waist. I am going to blow up my legs and step on stage 235lbs next summer

Surprisingly, there is a big difference in the way many people perceive you when your head is shaved verses it being buzz cut. For some reason even a tiny bit of fuzz looks less radical then a polished "chrome dome".  I've tried both several times over the past 55 years. I have so little hair, one would think it makes no difference, but it does. I am not so concerned with pleasing others as I am with pleasing myself. For the moment, I am going with the buzzed look... this could change. The beauty of having hair is that you can change the haircut almost as often as you wish.

My program will be altered as far as volume per workout goes....I know what I`m doing.

Again you always try to show a pic with me wearing a shirt trying to imply I have a gut when I dont. Again you fail to understand the concept of eating and having food in your stomach. Any bodybuilder would understand when you eat your stomach expands not the same thing as having actual fat. When wearing a belt you synch it tight and pish the abdomen out against it.  The stomach  is always going to be round when full of food. I have shown a million times my stomach is shredded and flat every morning without a shirt sporting  deep cuts. yet you keep showing a pic with a shirt and a belly full of food trying to imply otherwise. You dont lift you dont bodybuild you are a Fraud. My stomach can expan 6 inches throughout the day when eating a real bodybuilder would understand that. You are a Fraud posting diets you dont follow workouts you dont do and protocols you dont follow that are comically wrong
