Nautilus leg extensions  Superset with Front Squats - 7-8 sets worked upto 125kg on Fronts
45°  Leg Press Superset with Back Squats around 7-8 Sets worked upto 145kg on Back Squats.

I am claustrophobic. Thank goodness I never had a job where I worked in a cubicle. I doubt I could have managed it. Most of my working years, I was fortunate to have my own office with a door that locked and with an attached restroom.

Regardless of whether a job is as a professional or not, employees still have a boss whose direction they generally must follow or they are out the door. The exception might be a CEO. However, they are answerable to a board of directors. Even people who are self-employed have a clientele who can hire or fire them at will.  When it comes right down to it, almost everyone has someone over them.
