Looking good, I hope you're also planning on how to make it to the show. I know a guy who had  a contest 5 hours away and his ride bailed day of.

You look 3 weeks out.

I was about to say...

Could peak too early being so lean this far out.

That happened to the bodybuilder who died, when he did a contest in 2007. He posted here at the time, and he was a Nationals level competitor in a lighter class. His name escapes me. He was super grainy and hard in his "weeks out" shots - but he was a bit smoothed over by the time of the contest.

Rich Gaspari said if he was ready weeks in advance, he would basically just try to maintain that perfectly - don't make any crazy changes.

In fact, aside from maybe the hamstrings, I'd say muscle matters' upper body looks ready now. If he can get his hamstrings to the level of his upper body, he will be fine - unless he peaks too early and loses his conditioning.

Yes! That was him. Incredible conditioning weeks out [photo] - but ended up spilling over a bit in contest.

Also attached - a cryptic post from an old thread on BB.com that I found while searching for pics of Alex [Azarian]:

It`s best to be ready at around two weeks out or so in case any modifications and tweak that he may need can be adjusted.

Not hard to maintain that condition for a couple of weeks after months of prepping.
