muscle matters - my food, training, and everything else.

I just want to use this thread to post everything about my food, training and other things.

Homemade Pro champion breakfast.

Fatboy season!

300g rooked white rice, 5 whole scrambled eggs, 2 links of smoked chicken sausages with 1 jumbo tomato, with pink sea salt, curry power and cinnamon powder, topped with ground garlic.
