Hankys abs are just there.....the squares/individual ab muscles are not developed......no thicknes to the squares themselves and he busted my balls cuz I train abs and neck like that`s a weird thing.  :D

I dieted too much then drank too much the worst I have ever looked was when I was on stage. I have abs 365

So you’re not very familiar with preparing for a bodybuilding contest.

I have done 5 -7 contest twice in one year.....big mistake..........you fall out of condition doing so many....I know what condition looks like, and you would have looked far better as a Middleweight........you still had a looooong way to go.

That`s what you get for thinking you were a monster and didn`t need to do cardio or diet.

Uncanny resemblance.

I’d like to point out how tight that 28” in chain is on Hankins monstrous neck.

One of these two is a whiny, homosexual, lying, self-absorbed, egomaniac Princess and the other is British singer.

Bhank got a lot of solid competition prep advice from helpful Getbig folks with a catalogue of bodybuilding competition and competition winning experiences. As is typical with him, he either ignored or challenged it. He's the expert, don't you know? ::)

No I listened to a bunch of idiots and cut 20 solid pounds down to light heavy and it has taken me a fuck all lot of time to add back the quality weight. I should have gone as a heavy from day 1 I was lean enough.

Please tell us who’s advice you took? You planned for a show with 2 weeks prep time and lost to much muscle…

LOL dude you think you lost that much muscle……… you sound like you really know what you’re talking about. Hahahahahaha what a classic comment.

You weren’t close to being lean enough.

You had abs, you were not in competition shape.

You needed to loose at least another 20 lbs

You would be a solid middle weight at 170-180 lbs

The mistake you made was not giving yourself enough time to get into contest condition..............P ERIOD.

Nobodys fault but your own....we offered you sound advice for an idiot who thought he could blow away the competiton in two weeks time.....how dumb.....REAL DUMB.

Same thing will happen if you compete again.....you think you are huge and cut but will be in for a rude awakening if you enter a halfway big contest without a full prep genius..

Because the 20 lbs wasn’t muscle in the first place.

It was water retention from your drug stack.

Without the drugs you would weigh 160 pounds.

Lying twink.

This morning.

I just finished reading a certain members mind and his thoughts are something akin to this, “Feet are way to small and your calves should insert at your ankles if you want to be a successful pro.”

The scale is immaculate though!

My condition was fine it's not just about being shredded it is about having a balance with size. I am walking around lean enough I need to come in full size

Bhank, what do you think caused this insecurity? Why are you so obsessed with portraying yourself as some sort of 'big buy'? You're short and small framed. How much do you honestly think you'd weigh without the testosterone, Anadrol, and all the other bioidentical hormones you've done throughout your life?
