Here is a pic of me at my first show... dieted down way too hard, at 5'8" I was 143 now I am about 180 and would have to drop another 10 lbs before my next show... I haven't seen this pic in a long time... I love looking at these cause I seen some great progress over the last 2 years. But still I have a long way to go.

Oh and yes my posing has gotten a lot better. The side chest was one of my worst, so of course this is the one the photographer took of me

Actually there is a pic of me when I was 18 in the 1981 Muscle Digest, I don't have it but Bix has posted it before. I actually beat Shawns buddy Troy Zuccolotto a couple of times when we were teens!
