Oats, free-range eggs, tuna, apples, pitted dates and wholegrain toast with organic honey.

Apple juice, coffee and green tea.

Then 3 bananas

Then bowl of oatmeal with raisins cinnomon and peanut butter mixed in

For lunch rice and beans and advocadoe

2 vegan protein bars for snack

Then quinoia lentils spinach and some extra Virgin olive oil

yeah basically I just lost my taste for meat 1 day
I feel better
I have more energy
Better digestion
Shopping is cheaper at grocery
Even my mouth tastes better

No loss of strength or recovery
I'm leaner and get better pumps

Eventually I want to use vegan protein powder

me too man.  you're one of the guys here i feel i can really learn from, so it's good to see you giving the stamp of approval.

for protein powder try pea protein, hemp protein, chocolate powder with a little sugar.  tastes a lot like vega one at a fraction of the price.

I started the day with a pure whey shake, mixed with cocoa powder, along with a bowl of walnuts, goji berries, apple & banana.

my Goal is tp Peak at 53-54, iīm Close to 53 now....but thatīs not old in Bodybuilding. Act. weight is 114 kg, 6 "2", Training since late 1979-early 1980.

seems so..... :'(

i only could tell you what i did 30 Minutes ago.....pumped my chest....after i drink a shake 750 ml water, 5 g Creatine, 5 g Leucine, 1 g glukosamin, 50 g Whey-Isolat, and now i eat a 800 kcal. meal in 15 minutes.

I love the Lenny Larry cookies but I just think the ingredients aren't that great? What's your thoughts??

430 pm bannana

530 pm rice and beans

Day before

6 am stims and pump powder pre workout

9 am bannana and oatmeal with pb

10 am 2 fiber one bars

5 pm pasta pesto with canelli beans and tomatoes

Yeah they're tasty but pretty much just a cookie with dairy substitutes and a little more protein than usual.

I just go for clif bars most of the time.

730: Large Coffee w/2-3 oz. almond milk (1 caffeine tab 200mg)
930 (post workout): water + 1 scoop whey
1230: 2 oz. peanuts, 2 tbs. peanut butter, 3 raw eggs, hot black coffee
330: 6 oz. salami + Virginia ham wrapped in 4 slices of American cheese, diet Dr. Pepper
700: 8 oz. beef burger, 2 BBQ ribs, 1 pork chop, ― avocado, black coffee, diet Dr. Pepper
(Was brought a generous slice of carrot cake from a nice bakery – a very sweet gesture by my lady. I responded, in no uncertain terms: "Are you fucking nuts?!"). ;D
