i donīt care what i eat yesterday, cause i could not change what i did yesterday....i take only take care of my next meal (what i eat, how much i eat, when i eat it, which suplements i take with my next meal, how much carbs, what Kind ?, same with Protein and fats....).
my Goal is tp Peak at 53-54, iīm Close to 53 now....but thatīs not old in Bodybuilding. Act. weight is 114 kg, 6 "2", Training since late 1979-early 1980.
