Pulled out of the North Americans and back to a normal diet..

10 egg whites, 1 scoop of protein isolate, strawberries, blueberries, 1/2 oats blended in to a shake

2 Turkey sandwiches each with 4oz turkey on Ezekiel bread, Chicharone

8oz chicken tenders, baked potato, veggies

Same as above except with 11/2 cups of rice, salad

Ice cream cone

This is gonna sound fucked up, but why did you pull out?  You ok?

20 gram hydrolyzed collagen with 16oz water

170 grams full fat yogurt mixed 50 gram Beverely UMP (protein poweder) and 1 pack cocovia (https://www.cocoavia.com/)

330 grams full fat cottgae cheese with 75 grams fresh raspberries

175 grams sirloin steak , 150 grams steamed fresh veggies

175 grams poached salmon, 150 grams basmati rice mixed together with Furikake



Today will be exactly the same except the last meal will be pizza and beer

You seem pretty exact with your portions. Do you measure your food?

I guess that's why you mentioned you eat "4 sausage 3 bacon two fried eggs" when you could have just said sausage, bacon and eggs

Not even close. Measuring your food in grams is on a whole different level than what joswift is doing. Saying I had sausage and eggs tells you very little. It takes zero additional effort and exponentially clarifies when you say 4 sausages and two eggs.

Of course your way, measuring each morsel down to the gram, is far more accurate. But for what purpose? I assume it's to keep close track of your caloric intake and macro nutrient profile to enhance your body composition.
But this is diminishing returns to the extreme. Joswift knows his body and can "eye ball" his portions and manipulate them to achieve a level of conditioning that I doubt you've ever come close to. And he can whip a meal in a fraction of the time.

Scotch 1 tumbler

Lunch:
Scotch multiple!!!! Worked on my truck all day and needed the liquid encouragement!!

Dinner:
Dry coppa
Dry salami
French baguette
Hatch pepper Monterrey jack
Mozzarella


No working out! Took my first day off from weights today in months so my truck could kick my ass.

I’ve always felt fine, never any symptoms. Just happened to go in for a complete panel and the numbers were a little scary. Thanks for asking 😎

Coach, what kind of turkey do you use? It would be great to add turkey to the mix but I don't want to eat deli-style. I'm not really a health nut and like my Ouarter Pounders but I do draw the line at any processed meats. When I lived in Torrance, CA they use to have a place where they sliced up real turkey. I can't find them here in Hawaii. I don't want to have to roast a whole turkey and just eat that everyday for a week.

That's why they call HBP the silent killer. Also, a doctor told me that a person can be at 15% kidney function and still not know it. He'll just always feel run down and lethargic which is a common symptom from just living.

I just measure my food in order to portion size rather than just eyeballing things

It takes zero effort

put bowl on the scale and weigh out some rice hit zero and add the protein, etc...
