Breakfast: 3 taco bell breakfast burritos and a mountain dew.
Brunch: 2 dunkin donut breakfast sandwiches, hash brown potatoes and a caramel swirl coolata
Lunch: 1 Big Mac, 20 piece McNuggets, Large Fries, 2 apple pies and diet coke.
Pre-workout: Beef n Cheddar and Large Jamocha Shake.
Post-workout: Several plates including steak from the Golden Corral. Several refills of fruit punch. Assorted pies, cookies and cobblers.
Dinner: Almond chicken. Gallon of gatorade.
Bed time snack: dozen m&m cookies and chocolate shake.
1 gallon of water split evenly throughout the day. Worried about stomach distention.
