Are you serious? I dont reccomend taking ephedrine But I never questioned its effecacy. You are one of the very few that dont respond to it. I reccomend to you the Guarana supplement I take (see above). I have read that guarana increases energy over a 6 hour period. Just dont take calcium supplements with caffiene because it hinders calcium absorbtion.

im serious. ive tried different kinds and it never worked. form small dosages to CRAZY.
i stopped trying about 5 years ago and if i ever fell the need for a "kick" i just have 2 large coffees.
if i ever feel the need for something better ill look into wht you use. thanx for the info

once i got older thats what i realized as well. but somedays if im tired(always work really late) like i said....coffee is enough.

I agree with this- Ephedrine will give you abs... but I can't imagine anyone putting on 20 pounds of muscle while popping ECA everyday.

I tried Super pump 250 and it worked but I didn't like the taste. Now I take 1-2 scoops
of "Blast-Cycle" before I work out and its all good 8)

If I am really tired I simply will not train, no need to go through the motions and waste recovery time.
Other than that I like to drink a small cup of coffee and eat an apple or some other kind of fruit some 20 min before a workout.

coffee makes my body temp rize..yes but leaves me jittery and unfocused..
surprisingly while i'm training i can stay intense with ephedrine..the jitters only hit when i walk out of the gym..and on ocassion i'll drive to my bar and have a cold glass of beer and chitchat with friends there right after...

i never go above 50 mgs anymore...(i used to 6 yrs ago take a lot more..)
and i cycle it 2 weeks one 1 week off (except leg days..thats always on)

here what usually happens...
i take it in the car...
in the front end of the workout i'jm usually taking around 1 to 2 mins between sets...
by the end when the eph is really kicking i end up taking 30 secs..i'm pretty much going crazy...(that dosen't necessarily mean i'm going light )
i usually dont do cardio..if i do its usually a 20 min up hill sprint on the tread..or i find a hill and do sprints..
i do cardio ONLY to condition my lungs for squats and high rep deads...
i consider myself fat right now..yet i can see my abs and serratus when i flex..

last summer i went from 150 to 185 in a matter of 1 1/2 months...at which point my dumbass hurt my shoulder...
as long as one dosen't overdo it and get plenty of water after training to flush it out..you'r fine..

damn i coulda put all my responces in one message..owell..
will i stop the eca..nah..i've always trained with it...
when the buzz kicks in and the headphones go on..i am on another planet....i end up pushing myself in a way that i actually run a fever for a while after i train..i feel sick etc etc...(dont actually throw up though..its that..coming up half way feeling)...
can i do it without eph..well it'd take me a lot more time to muster up the focus..to get to that feeling where i'm actually enjoying the pain..
so no..the eph stays.

how tall are you? anyone can go from 150 to 185, when you're 150 you're small and in a catabolic state so going from 150 to 185 is nothing, 185 is what the typical American male is but theres no way you're going to go from 230 to 260 using ephedrine, no way.

how tall are you? anyone can go from 150 to 185, when you're 150 you're small and in a catabolic state so going from 150 to 185 is nothing, 185 is what the typical American male is but theres no way you're going to go from 230 to 260 using ephedrine, no way.

Besides, ephedrine and similar stimulants raise blood pressure. Lifting (at least while you're mid-set) also raises blood pressure. Bad combo. When I've used ECA for cutting, I always did my lifting first thing in the AM before I took my ephedrine, or late evening after the last dose wore off.

I'm sorry to read that... I personally maintain striated glutes year round. Although sometimes, you know... when they're not razor sharp I feel kind of inadequate.

Sometimes I'll take an Animal Pak at 4 a.m.
Then I'll kick my landlady down some steps, sideswipe some kids at a bus stop with my car, then kick down the gym door before they haven't opened yet, then have a mediocre workout experience.

I use 25 mgs of ephedrine with 200 mgs of caffeine before every workout. I usually take three months off it a year and I weigh 255 right now. I dont see why people think it is bad for lifting, it helps my focus and endurance during heavy lifting and I never have problems sleeping because I train in the morning. It also has never affected my weight.

I take Ephedra 60 mgs and 200 mgs. of caffine and 2 vicodin 500 mgs. because of a messed up shoulder. but make sure some food is in your stomach.
one day I saw the gym owner where I train in his truck doing a couple lines then came in and took some of my eca stack. I was hoping the whole time his heart didn't explode while he was doing squats.

I would NOT recommend 60 mg at once.
two doses- one in AM, one in afternoon, did wonders for me.

food/shake 1-1:30 min before training. test prop/suspension 2.5 units gh for the gh lovers 2 hour pre and then an hour post training and the igf1lr3 garbage if you believe you get anything close to real igf out of it ::) you dont.. but if you think you get anything out of it then go ahead and add it post training. slin IF your body likes it.. and IF and only IF you know what you are doing! some wont respond to it. thats bout it

Do you take 60 mgs of ephedra at one time or in divided doses? Kinda seems like alot all at once. I usually take 25 mg in the morning. How much would it take to start being a health risk?
The original thought on the e/c stack for fat loss was 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine 2-4 times daily.

herbal ephedra in supps was banned..However, pharmaceutical ephedrine HCL is still available in walgreens and other drug stores..

Yeah I do ,not much though , just ahhhhh lets see, around 2-3 grams of coke (the good stuff too, none of that west coast cut with ajax shit) ummmmm 5 to 6 ephidrine tabs , 3-4 E,s , oh some pure bake speed , but not so much of that cause that gets me edgy ,only about 10-12 lines of that , ahhhh ummm , 4 cans of red bull,5 cups of star bucks and ahhhhh sometimes I use a thermogenic but not often ,only on days when I am realy tired !!!!! thats about it realy ,oh and sometimes i might have a electrolyte drink whilst training but nothing to sugary !!!!!!! ;D

2 stacker III pills at night before every workout. purchased 10 bottles before they got yanked off the market.
on workout nights I try to have sex with the wife or rub one out to help get to sleep. also pop 3-4 melatonin about an hour before I want to pass out
