Noticed this morning that the Healthy Living Channel (HLC -
http://www.healthylivingtv.com/programming.php) is showing the old workout shows like Flex Magazine Workout, Bodyshaping, Coed Training and Fitness Beach. It's pretty funny watching people like Shawn Ray and Kevin Levrone working out in their late 80s early 90s spandex and tank tops. I certainly appreciate watching Kiana Tom workout in her bikini in Bodyshaping! Makes the boring repetitive workouts actually interesting to watch.
