fuckin terrible dude. but i'm down nearly 20 pounds, i feel more athletic, and i haven't lost any strength. damn elbow's getting really bad, though. >:(

Get some active release therapy or at least some good massage therapy bro, got to nip tendonitis in the bud....getting lean and lifting heavy doesn't coincide, that's usually when the aches and pains set in.
Other than rest, which I know you don't want to do, got to get the area worked on. Good to hear you've dropped some b/f though, excellent work big man ! :)
