if its dealer bought and cpo'certified pre owned'it willhave 2 yrs or 100,000 for repairs minus maintence cost'oil,brake fluid flush,microfilters,brakes,4 yrs 50,000 is almost up by yr or mileage,xi is awd thats good all wheel handle great,i have a 530 1 i need snows in winter or my car is a luge sled.10 is before the redesign model i like 10's but the newer style is really nice .make sure you check the warranty repairs done if available nothing major like heavy engine work,07/10had fuelpump,injector,pressure fuel sensors,waste gates/turbo problems.good luck they are great cars fine tuned,,
