Well there is no set amount weekly that one could pin me down at throughout the year. I was running 3gms for my competition and since then was running a ml of prop a day, been off a week but going back on today will be running 750mg cyp, 300 prop 300 NPP until the new year then decide where to take things, I will probably bump things up and add things in for a solid mass phase of about 8-10 weeks so probably back up to 3gms plus GH, and Insulin if I have the balls. Then cruise until contest prep phase or get the hell out of this game lol
