Aren't you a fan of the men's physique class (team toothpick)? Then why are you so focused on Dennis calves?

checkout my thread about 2014 Olympia Men's physique, top 5 fellas.
Each one of them have bigger calves than Dennis and each one of them is under 200 pounds. Dennis is what, 260 pounds or thereabout, mass monster.
It is hard not to focus on his calves as they are the first thing you notice when you look at him on stage.

Its not a good example to use Ronnie. Every bodybuilder has flaws. Ronnies only real flaw was his calves. Its not that calves dont matter. Its just that Ronnie was so dominant with other bodyparts, that one weak bodypart was not enough to dethrone him.

Couldn't agree more. Being named the 4th best bodybuilder in the world, while having absolutely zero calf development and dreadful awful biceps is absurd.   Just absurd.

Tommy, do you remember when Bill Grant use to get teased by the judges about having no calves before the contests??

It's hard not to focus on any weak muscle (duh!). Every bodybuilder has his flaws (Phil's clavicles, Kai's traps, Dexter's calves and so on...), and so does Dennis.
I respect your preference for the physique class, but it isn't my cup of tea.

calfs do not alter the 11 mandatory poses that much. Very marginal and he was the most condition guy on stage

Apart from the past couple of days, I simply haven't been posting much.  To be honest, I've been drifting away from almost all of the sites I regularly visit...
