Combrac Bas was the method of choice I use for security work as well as in corrections.  In real situations, you can't think about doing a spinning roundhouse kick or one of those Karate Kid crane kicks.  The Roman's perfected the best method for hand to hand combat 



Sure has helped Christoph Clugston fight in the ring and cage. 

Former high school and college wrestler, brown in judo, blue in BJJ, former wing chun instructor.  JKDC as well.

  I don't know any trained fighting styles...I wrestled in school and that is about it.
   I paint cars and do bodywork. Currently working on a 5 inch top chop on a 53 ford. I also build my own engines . I can fart pretty nasty as well.
