Here is my take on Ramys conditioning.

I think he is playing it smart. Pre contest has to be the hardest on your body, when the super heavy conditioning drugs/diuretics/ extreme dieting comes into play, kidneys do too... kidneys=pro bbers worst enemy.

I think he is only pushing it as far as he needs to for each show, he had no chance to win the olympia first go at it, so why kill yourself. He only has to come in at 90% to win the NYP, so why kill yourself.

I think we will see him better conditioned this year at the O when he will actually be "qualified" to win it.

He knows what he is doing, and DJ certainly does.
