im interested in how much you consume as well big falcon bean? beans are the key for my energy ive tried all other foods but , all the otherfoods feel like they are wasted if i dont have beans and greens daily
Breakfast lately has been ff cottage cheese, meistermacher/feldkamp/or Ezekiel toast w/peanut butter (occasionally a bit of jam) and 1/2 a banana or a high fiber toasted english muffin w/egg whites and a piece of cheese
lunch lately has been turkey breast sandwich w/cream cheese and mustard...sometimes throw some dill triscuits and hummus in w/that
dinner last night was sushi and my greens were spinach dip and toasted garlic rounds...and 2 glasses chardonney.
Falcon, what are your thoughts on egg whites, cottage cheese, etc?
As for beans I had some baked beans the other night. Delicious.
