6'1", 254 pounds at the moment. By the O, should be where I want to be. I have all the advice and info in the world, I just need the willpower to get much more serious on it. Like a lot of people, once you reach the age of 32 or so, your metabolism slows down, and it is much harder than it looks.

But Lonnie Teper was over this past weekend, and he actually was amazed at some of the pictures 7-10 years ago, when I actually went hiking up in the Sierra Nevada's above the tree line (yes, for those of you who have never hiked, trees don't grow above a certain level), or go hiking down and back up the Grand Canyon (not on a mule), or go hiking up and down Yosemite Falls (both of them).
