We saw pics of him from March where he self-reportedly was up to 258 pounds and he looked pretty swole back then. He seems to have lost size/weight since then. Did he beef up and try and cut down too early in his prep? Some recent pics he looks pretty tiny and underwhelming and other pics he looks pretty decent. How is he appearing large and smallish at the same time? What the fuck has been going on with him since March where he looked large and in charge? Did he fuck up with his prep?

I don't know if he's using that flexible dieting shit IIFYM cause he said a few months ago he teamed up with someone doing a different diet and not sure if he's incorporating it into his prep,'who knows

Imo he should just do the old school way, if it ain't broke don't fix it

I'm not sure about his prep but Kevin stated a few months ago he was doing the flexible dieting on his Instagram

I was listening to Palumbo's show "Ask Dave"; and somebody asked Dave about Flexible dieting approach. This person asked if Kevin was following this flexible approach.

Dave said no; Kevin is not following that approach. Dave confirmed that Kevin is following a traditional bodybuilding diet.

yeah, if it ain't broke, but he needs to work on his back and legs
