chaos, some of us are married, my wife comes home at 5pm, i dont think being at meridian bodies in motion at 3 pm is gona work, when i say im meeting chaos, omg...........am i gonna be in the dog house.............im training back tomorrow, whats the word.

Im dressed and ready, all i need to do is get a coffe and hit some weed and im ready, once I go over to coaches gym and display my posts in person, i think coach can then verify, CSWOL is who HE says HE is!

You smoke weed before you lift? I never understood this, some guys do but it would make me lazy and weak as fuck. Do you smoke a tiny, incy bit or a whole spliff and then go or wtf?
