man that sounds awesome.
my diet has been absolutely horrid since last september. i'm hardly even trying to eat well any more, but i'm aiming to change that now.
yesterday i was in a rush so i just had a moderate breakfast, then after my shitty workout i drank a six-pack, ate two dozen wings, and a basket of fries covered in barbecue sauce.
today, though, i'm at least attempting to fix it. i ran three miles, fruit and eggs once i go for dinner in a half hour or so. it's tough at school, not a lot of incredibly healthy options.
really it's amazing i've only gone up 12 pounds in the past six months, at least half of that was just water from coming off the diet.
