it must have taken alot of work to build a physique where one's waist is wider than his shoulders.

nothing like having the widest part of your body be your waist, think you look good and then post pics of yourself hoping for some kind of self- gratification.

sorry to break it to him, but lumpy looks like a hairy fat man, not a bodybuilder.

It must have taken a lot of work coming up with that post.  Being negative just enough to make yourself feel better about your own lacking physique and inability to push more than just the bar.

Nothing like having an immensely inadequate self esteem, so low that even a meager attempt at flaming someone completely backfired because of the total lack of recognizing the obvious.

Sorry to break it to you, but this guy is a powerlifter, not a bodybuilder.

my self- esteem is fine, thanks. i dont need to put down fat losers like mos to make myself feel better. i do so simply because i can.

sorry to break it to you, cupcake, but just because you claim to be a 'powerlifter' does not mean you have to

a) walk around looking like a bag of shit

and

b) take pictures of yourself and post them on a bb forum where 165 pound pencil- necks like yourself will tell you how 'big' you are.

now, flex, go eat a liter of hagen daas, put on 100 pounds of adipose and grow an inordinate amount of body hair and you might just get to look as good as your hero.

no need to thank me.

if memory serves he topped 500 on the incline.

and before you say "bullshit", dru AKA StrongerThanAll from a few PL forums hit 535 and he doesn't "look" like he'd be able to do it, either.

True, when it comes to lifting, looks don't mean shit.

case in point: vinny dizenzo with 545 on the incline. his arms don't look like much, but he's a powerhouse.

how do you figure he doesn't "look" like he could do it, the guy is over 300 pounds at 5'7".

if you saw a picture of him, admit it, you'd joke about "monster 15 inch arms". vinny's a monster (i've also seen a vid of him deadlifting over 800 with a trap bar) but, like a lot of other crazy strong bastards, he isn't exactly "jacked" a la hoornstra or coan or kaz.
