As Grape mentioned. Hitting a baseball is probably the hardest thing to do in sports. I’ve been to the Louisville Slugger museum 2X in my life and have worked with hundreds of baseball players from HS to the MLB. One of the attractions was watching a movie presentation on precisely this. Even harder when movement is added to the mix.
