Because guys 4-5 inches shorter have the same size arms.  He'd need 24s contest shape for people to shut up.

  Yea .........that sucks tho (hard enough to fill out a taller/bigger frame then you have to have arms almost twice the size of everyone else to look as impressive)
 bodybuilding seems to be a "shorter mans sport" (about 5 ft 10" seems ideal imo)

A friend of mine measured Freeman's arms back in 2006 at the arnold expo

They were just under 21 cold

He also taped Bob Chick's waist at 45 inches with the quads measuring 25 inches
