The question is why should he go heavier when he gets results from the way he's training. To impress some morons on getbig? :D

Training smart trumps training hard, and stimulating teh muscle trumps stimulating the ego. Heavy weights are so overrated for the musclebuilding process, it's not even funny. Your muscle doesn't know if you're using a 60 or a 150 pd dumbbell.

Its crazy how guys like Wolf and Martinez were considered uncrowned Mr. Olympias 1-2 years ago and now they are hardly mentioned. I don't count either out. This will be the best Olympia ever.
