another reason i don't wanna train legs so hard is that i don't want them draining my energy levels for pec, delt, lat and arm training, truth be told (and in fact today is lat, pec and tri day Grin) but i can throw in some squats on bi and delt day

I have nothing against dj but man, I would never have legs that skinny, even if I tried. I don't give a fuck about what others train but when someone asks me for advice and says he's not gonna train legs because he "wants big upper body and small lower body to create that illusion" or come up with some other BS I just tell them to go fuck thsemelves. Other than that, who gives a fuck. It's his life, his body, if he wants to look like shit then so be it.
