guys i hate eggs but recently as i am goin through a money crisis,so can any one tell me some good ,TASTY recipe
on how to make eggs taste delicious...

also can i have boiled chicken in some kind of mayonise/ thousand island or somer other sauce for POST POST WORKOUT MEAL??

I buy egg whites in the carton....i put half a cup of eggwhites and about 3 servings of 2% chocolate milk or skim chocolate milk.

I know you were looking for a tasty way to cook them, but I have eaten so many eggs that no new recipe will work. So, when you get tired of cooking them, try what I do....

Just add Salsa, vegetables and cheese if you want
or put ketchup on it ...or mustard(i like that but it sound gross)

Try 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 8 egg white , mix and cook like pancakes, it wont taste eggs at all

Or put a scoop of whey in your eggs,

eggs, salmon and chives are unbelievably good in terms of taste (as well as protein content); eat them like that or put in a whole wheat low fat/fiber tortilla for a perfect bodybuilder's breakfast burrito

No, I get them in the carton. They are 100% liquid egg whites.....made by "All Whites"

They are safe to eat raw....

scramble up your egg whites with some splenda, makes then a little sweet. good change of pace when your eating 12 eggs everyday

if your boiling chicken for contest reasons....then no, dont mix it with anything if youre close to your contest. if youre not close to your contest, fuck it...add a little low fat mayo, or find a hot sauce with lower sodium

Normal everyday eggs are very safe. You have a better chance of of cathing food poisoning from mishanlding the chicken or fish you cook than from eggs. I like to make it as if i were doing an omelete. Add some tomatoe sauce, mushrooms, terragon, chives and other herbs, some chili flakes and cheese. Once it starts to set, stick it in the oven to brown and you can cut it like pizza. Look up frittata recipes online for other egg dishes.

I go through 5-6 cartons of this stuff a week...it's great. Dice up some red or green pepper - cook them until tender. Add the egg whites (half carton). Add a little salt, pepper and plate. Then dash some garlic tabasco on the whites and go to town - freaking outstanding.

like i said earlier the chance in gettin gsick from raw eggs is something like 1 in 20,000 or so.

Bro, I dont know how many times to say this. I buy egg whites in a carton. They are ok to eat raw, they are not whole eggs.

Again, they are liquid egg whites...called "All White" (many companies make these) and they are safe to consume...no salmonella...

You can eat egg raw but in its raw form it has a compound called avidin that binds to biotin in your body or from some other source that prevents the protein from getting hydrolyzed and absorbed in your body. Make sure it is cooked because that way you will absorb more of it. I found this information recently from one of the articles in bodybuilding.com. I do not know if it is 100% true but I will not take my chances of eating it raw.

Eating raw eggs that you buy in a supermarket will not give you salmonella.Been eating them since the early 80's raw & never have gotten ill doing that.Now if you got them from a farmer fresh then you would have a chance of getting it as they are not pasteurised I think the name is.
