Made up my own conditioning circuit....it's about 2 miles shorter than I normally would do but it's been 8 months or so since last one:
1/2 mile jog
1/2 mile ruck
1/4 mile with ruck and 120lb sandbag - mix in 2 x 5 pushup along way. 10 sets up and down bleachers (ruck only)
50 yards 60lb sand bag clean and throw - 50 yds 60lb sandbag lateral toss (with ruck)
1/4 mile ruck
1/4 mile ruck again with 120lb sandbag 2 x 5 push up
1/2 mile run
Took 52 minutes, no rest.
